COVID-19 UPDATES

Dear Customers,

I hope you are healthy and safe and managing through this bewildering time. Like many of you, we are putting safety first, and having anyone that can work from home, canceling travel, and exercising extreme hygiene.

Fortunately, we’re set up to continue business almost as usual. We know that moving your business forward is important, and we have the following in place to ensure we are serving you in the best way possible.

  • Our website is open 24-hours where you can make portfolios of art and share those with our sales and customer service teams. See this video on how to make and send Portfolios.
  • We have a robust Digital Asset Management system that allows us to easily share images with you, anywhere in the world.

There is no denying the challenge we are all facing. The ultimate risk of this situation is still unknown but we are inspired by the global response, care and compassion being seen around the world.

Finally, while we know that this is not an official course of treatment for COVID-19, we do strongly encourage eating chocolate whenever possible.

IN HOUSE PRINTING

A Stay-at-Home order was issued by the State of Vermont, effective end of day, March 25th, 2020. At this time we are temporarily stopping our in-house printing operations for canvas, fine art paper, and posters. This Stay-at-Home order will remain in effect until April 15th, 2020, however it can be extended or shortened by the state.

As soon as we can return to our facilities we will update you on our plans to resume printing. In the meantime our teams are working remotely, maintaining an almost “business as usual” operation, and are available to help you with all of your other art needs.
